These very special earrings feature beads that are decades old, yet they're as contemporary as any in my shop. They have it all -- shimmer, shine, color, sparkle, and style -- and they're the kind of earring that would look great on any woman, for any occasion, especially during spring/summer 2014, while PINK is the color of the season!
The centerpiece beads are 12mm clear vintage crystals. These are so pristine, I don't think they were ever worn! They have diamond-sharp facets and sparkle like the stars. They're accented beneath by 5mm sterling silver bead caps and tiny leaf details, which have been lovingly hammered onto the ends of their sterling silver headpins. // On top of the crystals are romantic Renaissance cut milky-pink Czech glass beads with just a tiny bit of golden Picasso accenting.*. The earrings are finished on top with 3mm sterling silver balls.
Bead-to-bead, the earrings measure just over 3/4." They hang 1-3/4 inches from Betty Brite's beautiful spiral-ended sterling silver ear wires.*
Please note: The wire wrapping on these earrings isn't even ~ I didn't notice until I began editing my super-closeup photos. I will restring your earrings to order.
I'll send your earrings in a gift box and organza bag ( but please let me know if you'd prefer reduced/recycled packaging! ), accompanied by a handmade card that describes the wires & beads. Gift wrapping is free upon request, and I am happy to mail your present directly to the recipient.
